At NOVA, each fragrance is carefully packed to preserve its delicate composition. We deliver exclusively within Armenia.
Yerevan Delivery: 1-2 business days (Free for orders over 100,000 AMD).
Regional Armenia: 2-4 business days.
2. Order Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched for delivery. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at novagiftshoparmenia@gmail.com or +374 98 019 250.
Due to the personal and cosmetic nature of niche perfumery, we are only able to accept returns on products that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed cellophane packaging within 14 days of delivery.

If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photograph immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
